Employees of FWB childcare facilities and schools are eligible for our plans.
Our organization was created in 1969 with the goal of helping Free Will Baptist pastors, missionaries, and church staff have a reliable source of income during retirement, a mission to which we are still committed. Today, many Free Will Baptist churches around the country also serve their communities through childcare facilities and private Christian schools. Did you know these employees are also eligible to enroll in our retirement plan?
We currently have around 375 participants who work for schools and childcare facilities. We are happy to have these employees participate, and the church-sponsored schools and daycares are excited to offer the plan as a benefit for their staff. Access to a quality retirement plan is a valuable part of a compensation package for these organizations as they seek to attract, hire, and retain excellent employees!
