NEWS RELEASE: SBA Releases PPP Loan Forgiveness Form

The Small Business Administration and Treasury Department on Friday released the application for business owners and non-profits to fill out in order to have their Paycheck Protection Program loans forgiven, along with a related schedule, a related worksheet, and instructions.

The form and instructions offer borrowers details on how to apply for forgiveness of their PPP loans, consistent with the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act and additional guidance such as FAQs and interim final rules.  (You can find the application here.)

Our educational partners at ECFA are offering a FREE webinar on “PPP Loan Forgiveness – Walking Through the Process” tomorrow, May 19th, at 3:00 PM EST.  You can find more information and how to register here.
